STEP 1 – INITIAL CONSULTATION
We meet with you at a time that works best for your schedule to discuss your vision, budget, and location. During this conversation, we also review your needs and wants to ensure everything is clearly defined from the start.
STEP 2 – PRE-APPROVAL
During this stage, you obtain lender pre-approval to clearly define your home budget while protecting your long-term financial security.
STEP 3 – FIND YOUR LOT
Every lot comes with its own advantages and limitations. We help you evaluate each option and choose the right lot based on your needs, lifestyle, and long-term goals.
STEP 4 – DESIGN HOME
Bringing your vision to life begins with the design of your custom home. Our architect works closely with you to design a home that reflects your needs, lifestyle, and aspirations.
STEP 5 – SUBMIT PERMITS
We handle all required documentation and permit submissions, so you avoid unnecessary delays and can move forward without waiting on approvals.
STEP 6 – PROJECT KICKOFF
During project kickoff, you meet your project manager and have the opportunity to ask any remaining questions before construction begins.
STEP 7 – SELECTIONS
To keep communication clear and the schedule on track, we provide a home selection guide that outlines the key decisions you’ll make for your new home. While some selections may vary, the guide helps you navigate the process with confidence and clarity.
STEP 8 – BREAK GROUND
Once permits are approved, we’re ready to begin construction on your new home. We start by clearing trees and debris, leveling the site, and coordinating materials in and out of the build area.
STEP 9 – CONSTRUCTION
Our master home builders get to work and keep you informed at every stage of the construction process.
STEP 10 – CLOSEOUT
Your home is nearly complete. During the final walkthrough, you meet with your project manager to review every detail and ensure it meets our quality standards—and your expectations.
